Additional Details
Exhibit: Experience the Gordon Parks: Segregation Story exhibit. This exhibition showcases more than forty color photographs by trailblazing African American artist Gordon Parks, many on view for the first time. Created for an influential 1950s Life magazine article, these photographs offer a powerful look at the daily life and struggles of a multigenerational family living in segregated Alabama. After graduating from Morehouse College, Lattimore served as both a horn player and lead/background vocalist with a number of local, national, and international acts, showcasing his talents as a songwriter, arranger, instrumentalist, and vocalist (https://www.high.org/Programs/Programs.aspx?cat=FridayNights)
